A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other direct message as needed to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems receive ordinary technical details when a visitor loads a page:

We neither host nor sell a database of personal criminal records. The editorial material identifies official Lehigh County and Pennsylvania sources, including UJS courts, county offices, the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Records and Identification, and the Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Public Website. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party record or consumer report, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules govern information entered into those tools. Review the provider’s policy before sending a query because we do not control those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, county offices, police agencies, state systems, legal resources, or commercial tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination’s policy applies. Check it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and select ads. Their tracking is governed by their terms.

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:

Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law governs qualifying government records, not visitor data held by a private website. Criminal-history dissemination is separately governed by 18 Pa.C.S. § 9121. Subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law, you can:
