- Criminal history and rap sheets: use PATCH or subject-only Access and Review through the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Records and Identification
- Booking and county custody: contact Lehigh County Corrections or the jail at 38 N. Fourth Street, Allentown, PA 18102
- County or Sheriff RTKL records: contact the Lehigh County Open Records Officer, Government Center Room 440, 17 S. Seventh Street, Allentown, PA 18101; 610-782-3180; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and limited access: file through the Clerk of Judicial Records Criminal Division at the Lehigh County Courthouse, 455 W. Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101-1614; county main number 610-782-3000
The Lehigh County government portal provides the current department directory. The Sheriff’s Office is not the court clerk or Pennsylvania’s central repository. Sheriff record requests use the county Open Records Officer, while warrant status must be confirmed with the issuing court or serving agency.
